PLOT collects the information needed to operate interactive sponsor worlds: territory, brand name, tagline, destination URL, amount paid, payment references, timestamps and aggregate click count.

Payments and affiliates

Stripe processes payment details, affiliate identity verification and payouts. PLOT does not receive or store full card or bank account numbers. Affiliate accounts store a name, email, country, password hash, referral code, Stripe account reference, clicks and commission records.

Referral cookie

Visiting an affiliate link sets a necessary, HTTP-only last-click referral cookie for 30 days. It records which partner referred a later purchase and cannot be read by browser scripts. Referral requests are stored with a one-way visitor fingerprint for attribution integrity and abuse prevention.

Usage data

We may process basic request data such as IP address, device and browser information, referring page and timestamps for security, abuse prevention and aggregate analytics. Public click counts do not identify individual visitors.

Sharing and retention

Public sponsor data is visible to anyone. We share operational data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, comply with law or protect the service. Payment and sponsorship records are retained as required for accounting, disputes and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may request correction or removal of a territory or affiliate profile by contacting the support address configured for this service. Some transaction records must be retained even after public data is removed.
