1. One active sponsor per territory

Each territory can display one active sponsor. Open territory uses its published founding price. A sponsored territory can be taken for 1.5× its current purchase price.

2. You are buying placement, not traffic

A purchase is a one-time advertising placement. We do not promise a duration, number of impressions, clicks, customers, revenue, or any other result.

3. Keep it clean

No illegal products, malware, impersonation, hate, harassment, explicit sexual content, deceptive claims, investment scams, gambling promotions, or links that redirect to prohibited content. We may remove unsafe or unlawful sponsors.

4. Use an identity you control

You must have authority to promote the submitted name, copy, trademark, color and destination. Do not submit personal data or another person's identity.

5. Payments are final

Because sponsorship begins after payment, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or when we fail to provide the territory. Refunds, disputes, or fraudulent payments deactivate the related claim.
