By purchasing or using PLOT, you agree to these terms and the Rules. If you act for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

PLOT sells public, non-exclusive sponsor territories. Each territory accepts one active sponsor. A later buyer can replace an active sponsor by paying the published takeover price.

Your content

You keep ownership of submitted content and grant PLOT a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, format and promote it for operating and marketing the service. You warrant that the content and linked destination are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the operator's registrations. Purchases are final once sponsorship begins, except where law requires otherwise. Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in immediate removal.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee traffic, territory duration, conversion, uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the sponsorship giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Configure the production support email before launch so customers can reach the service operator.
